Reflection On Vegetarian Dishes

My thoughts of about it: I don't really mind I like giving things ago. I have had quite a few of vegetarian meals at home, they were all quite easy and tasty dishes.
Thoughts hadn't changed after I tried this at school. I still like eating vegetarian meals, but some I do not like.
I think its good to have a vegetarian dish at least once a week. It's good to just eat veggies and try something else.
You can receive protein and iron from beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
